Baked Tofu

Tofu is a great source of protein, fiber, iron, and calcium. We never used to be a fan of tofu. But after baking it in the oven, tofu has found its way into our weekly dinner plan. This tofu is crispy on the outside, yet nice and soft on the inside. 

We love to add it to our salads and soups. 

You will need 

  • 1 block of tofu
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch 


  1. Preheat the oven to 200° Celsius. 
  2. Cut the tofu into little cubes.
  3. Transfer the little cubes into a mixing bowl. Add the olive oil and soy sauce. Mix until the cubes are coated. 
  4. Put the little tofu cubes on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown about 20-25 minutes.
