Coconut Chia Pudding

This delicious overnight Coconut Chia Pudding doesn’t need a lot of ingredients and takes only 10 minutes to make. Simply mix it before bed, pop it in the fridge, and enjoy your tasty breakfast the next morning! 

You will need 

  • 500 ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds 
  • 2 tablespoons ground coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener or agave syrup
  • For the topping any fruit of your choice
These ingredients are for 2 servings

Preparation 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, ground coconut, chia seeds, and stevia or agave syrup. 
  2. Pour the mixture into 2 glasses. 
  3. Place the glasses in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours and top it off with any fruit of your choice.
