We love smoothie bowls!! Especially during the warmer months. They are super easy to make, cold and refreshing, packed with healthy fruits, they look pretty, and taste delicious! With this smoothie bowl recipe, you load your body with the nutrients it needs.
You will need
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Stevia or other sweeteners
- Chia seeds
- Coconut flakes
- Add the frozen raspberries and Greek yogurt into a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
- Scoop the mixture in a bowl and decorate it with granola, fruit, nuts, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.
